Some questions at this point:

Is there going to be an assessment system? Is it required for this kind of learning?
If there is, then how can it be integrated in this kind of system?

Should the gadgets/tools and applications be customisable (like iGoogle)?
How much personalisation should one be able to do on this system?

What if there are 4 people out of 10 (teachers or students) who are not aware of the Web 2.0 capabilities and therefore miss out on certain developments within the community?
In that case should the system have a processed form of Web 2.0 features, so it becomes dummy-friendly?
